Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to install any software on work computers?
No, all training takes place in the browser. Interactive courses and the sandbox run on our infrastructure, so your employees don't need to configure or download anything.
How and when will I receive closing documents?
We send original closing documents via the EDI system (Kontur.Diadoc) within 5 business days after payment. If you don't use EDI, PDF copies with a facsimile are always available in your dashboard.
What if purchased licenses are not used right away?
Unactivated licenses are kept on your organization's balance and can be distributed to new employees within 1 year from the date of purchase.
What if an employee leaves or the training doesn't suit them?
We have a '24-hour rule'. You can revoke a license and return it to your organization's balance within 24 hours of the user activating it.
Can I transfer a license from one employee to another after a month?
No, after 24 hours the license is assigned to a specific user. A new license will need to be purchased for a new employee.
